Meet Dr. Analía Gómez Vidal, C.P.C.

Dr. Analía Gómez Vidal, C.P.C. is the founder and CEO of AGV Services LLC. She is a bilingual researcher and career development expert whose coaching, thought leadership, facilitation and speaking empowers individuals and organizations design and implement career development solutions that speak to who they are. She is known for a soulful coaching approach with high-level strategic thinking. Clients working with her gain language, tools, and a new sense of self-trust to create and pursue new opportunities with purpose.

Dr. Analía's professional career includes over 15 years of experience across multiple industries and countries, working for prestigious organizations such as the Fulbright Commission, the Inter-American Development Bank, and Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. She brings first-hand insight into the complexities of change, identity, and growth. A creative writer and improv theater performer, she also infuses creativity and joy into every part of her process. Her academic and professional training includes a B.A. degree in Economics (minor in Journalism) and a M.A. degree in International Studies from Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Government and Politics from University of Maryland, College Park. She holds a Certificate in Professional Coaching (C.P.C.), an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and the COR.E Dynamics Specialist in Transitions certificates from the Institute in Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) School. She is also an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and of the Applied Improv Network (AIN), among others.
