In our membership, AGV Lab for Career Explorers, we:
Identify what is getting in your way to define and pursue your next step;
Set your goals in the short, medium, and long term with clarity;
Develop a strategy that gets you to your goals based on who you are and what you need;
Support you throughout the implementation and review of your strategy, and adapt as life changes keeping our eyes on your goals.
We do this through a combination of self-paced coaching resources, live sessions, and ongoing online support.
Our members also have early access and discounts to our group coaching program in Winter and Summer to work closely with Dr. Analía.

Drawing on 15+ years of working internationally and as an immigrant professional, I help career explorers transform self-doubt into clarity and confidence through coaching, mentoring, and strategy.
